At Road Case Extrusions, we stand by the quality of our hardware and aluminum profiles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Request Authorization

Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

Pack Securely

Ensure all extrusions and hardware are securely packed in their original packaging or equivalent protection to prevent bending or damage during transit.

Ship the Items

Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship the items back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned materials for damage, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
